ello Roxy Music fans!
This past September, Roxy Music embarked on a ten city North American tour to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their debut album.
All the tickets to these shows were digital, meaning they could only be stored on your phone and scanned from the phone at the respective venue. As hard as I tried to get Ticketmaster to issue me "real" tickets they insisted that only digital tickets were acceptable for these shows.
This was an issue for me because my phone is not that reliable, and I worried about problems with pulling up the tickets to be scanned on the night of the event, possibly leaving me out in the cold.
Luckily, I dealt with many very understanding people at the box offices of the venues we had tickets for and they all (some after much begging) agreed to print my tickets out for me.
