Rocky Mountain Fur Trader Rendezvous Beaded Leather Suede Pouch Bag Mountain Man

Description

Pouch bag portion measures approximately 5 inches wide and 4 3/4 inches long not including fringe nor beaded handle.
Length is approximately 24 inches when piece is laid flat and measured from top of handle to bottom or fringe.
Unique vintage mountain man leather and beaded pouch with souvenir medallion featuring a cougar / mountain lion.
Medallion states it was from the 1st annual Independent Rocky Mountain Trader Rendezvous which took place in Alpine, Wyoming in 1986.
Two small medal tokens are engraved with R. M. F. T. and I.B. 85
The opposite sides of tokens are engraved with numbers, one with 50 and the other 45.
Bag has a beaded strap handle and beaded rim on pouch cover.
Small abalone shell pieces are attached to the suede tassels.
