    George Cross III with laurel branch, a copy
    The award is a small cross in silver, in the center of the obverse of which depicts St. George on horseback slaying the serpent, Set Monogram "SG" (St. George) in reversing the center, and in its lower part, in two lines, "3 Step." .
    At the top of the medallion ring is provided, through which it connects to the shoe 5-coal form. Top St. George's shoes covered with tape, on which, on the face side is horizontal laurel branch.
